Snow day!
It's been much colder than usual over here in texas! It's been below freezing, which may not sound like much if you live farther north, but I grew up in california haha! Hot cocoa has been my best friend the last few days, and luckily I have peppermint marshmellows to spice things up!
But if there's one thing I DO like about the snow, it's the beauty of it. Snow and ice is so pretty, especially when there's a webkinz in it!
I nearly froze my hand off doing it, but I spent a whole afternoon outside taking webkinz photos, and I think they turned out pretty nice too!
Here's my signature bernese mountain dog, Apollo! He looks so pretty covered in snow, although I'm no so sure he appreciated being rolled around in it!
My signature arctic hare Callista is hard to photograph. But she found a burrow to play in and I got one of her best photos yet!
My signature polar bear Taiko, otherwise known as Snowball, is sporting the his winter hat! Although I'm not sure he can see...
I think Kilma the ice dragon might have had something to do with this storm... In any case, he was certainly happy to be outside!
Once we went back inside, Apollo demanded some of my hot chocolate. I don't think he appreciates the cold as much as Taiko Callista and Kilma do.
We all had lots of fun in the snow! Maybe next time I can take all my penguins out for a nice frolic. But for now, the snow is gone and it's just plain cold. Good thing for that cocoa. I'm gonna need it if I want to keep all 90 of these webkinz warm!
Over and out! -Fortunekinz
